last night's dinner

I wasn't planning on blogging about our dinner last night, but was inspired by how lovely it looked on the plate.  It not only looked great, but it also tasted pretty darn good.  Add in the fact that it was super easy and very healthy, and well, who could resist?

-drizzle with olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste
-bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, until browned and tender

  2. yeah-one of those great dinner surprises when you say-"hey, this looks really good!" I was rushing to get a decent photo of it and quickly get right down to eating it.

CJ-thanks-I've backed off listing more because I haven't actually sold many, but will add some if there is a demand. Or, if there is ever a color or style of apron that you are looking for, let me know-I may just have one!
